The fine print

Once your booking is accepted, we will charge your credit card for 50% of your total booking to hold your dates. This deposit will be non-refundable from 90 days before your check-in date. The remaining 50% of your total booking will be due 10 days before your check-in date.

A $5,000 security deposit will be collected two days before your check-in date. Upon check-out, any damages beyond normal use will be promptly documented. We reserve the right to deduct from your security deposit the cost of repairing damages plus 10% VAT. The remainder of your security deposit will be refunded to your credit card within seven days of your check-out date.

All charges except any portion of your security deposit that is returned are subject to 10% VAT as required under Bahamian law.
