ABOUT VERMILION VILLA
The property is made up of two structures - a main house with attached garage and a bunk house - on over 1.5 acres of private, fenced paradise.
MAIN HOUSE
The main house at Vermilion Villa provides seemingly endless space to gather your friends and family. As soon as you walk in through the front door, you're greeted by an open concept living-dining-kitchen. The large chef's kitchen makes meal prep a breeze and seats six at the bar. The 16-seat dining table brings "family-style" to a whole new level, and the oversized sectional lends itself well to cozy movie nights.

Off the dining room, a wall of sliding doors opens to an expansive deck outfitted with a dining set, a swinging bed, and lounge chairs. You will also find an outdoor kitchen with a propane grill, pizza oven, seafood boiler, and prep sink. The brand-new pool is designed for multi-generational use with a tanning ledge (doubles as a kiddie pool for your youngest!), a deep end to show off your best cannon balls, and bar stools in the shallow end. The adjoining hot tub provides a relaxing spot to watch the view.

Back in the house, the five bedrooms are all outfitted with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. Three of the suites have double showers - gather all your best couple friends for a spectacular adult getaway! The upstairs primary suite has its very own deck, which makes the perfect turtle-watching perch.
BUNK HOUSE
The bunk house has two bedrooms, one with two twin-xl bunk beds and the other with one twin-xl bunk and one regular twin-xl bed. All the beds are rated for adult weight, so this is a great place for the kids' hangout, a group of young adults, or your boat crew. There are also two full bathrooms and a kitchenette.
THE LOT
The lot is the true star of the show for this unique rental. The waterfront consists of a dock with a guest slip, a private beach, and a breakwall. The breakwall, full of resident fish and lobsters, provides a safe oasis for snorkeling, swimming, paddleboarding, and fishing - away from any public boat traffic.
